Note |
1. Booth at the corner will be charged 3,500 Baht
2. Price quoted above are excluded VAT 7% and bank transaction fees.
3. Raw Space must be booked at least 18 sq.m. and booth’s design must be sent for approved by the organizer within 14 November 2011.
4. Standard Shell Scheme’ price for 9 sq.m. is 6,000 baht included 3 sides of white partition, fascia name, 2 fluorescents, 1 socket (5 amp.), 1 rubbish bin, 1 table, 2 chairs and booth carpet.
5. Raw space needed to be carpeted; otherwise you will be charged at THB 5,000 per sq.m. Also, the carpet installation needed to use the carpet tape only, the other types of tapes are not allowed. Raw space is required to build back and side wall between your booth and other exhibitor’s area.
6. If the products in food & beverage zone are ready to eat, the concession fee will be charged at 4,000 baht by the venue management.
7. Cooking food by using "gas stove" is not allowed in the venue, there are 10,000 Baht will be charged for the penalty. |

How to apply |
1. Allocation of booth will be "First come, First serve" basis according to correct zoning of products profile. |

2. In case of cancellation, the payment that is already paid can not be refunded.

3. The applications are not allowed to change or share booths to those who have not been indirect contact with the organizer. If any problems are occurred, the organizer will not be responsible. |

4. The applications are allowed to sell or display products as indicated in the application form. |

1st payment (30%): within 15 days after your reservation
2nd payment (70%): within 16 November 2011 |
